Welcome to Sacred Lotus By MM! I’m Sacred, a creative artist deeply passionate about mental health and healing. I started Sacred Lotus as a personal journey towards healing and self-discovery in 2021. For me, creating with my hands has always been a therapeutic outlet, allowing me to bring my visions to life and find solace in the process. Understanding my life's purpose inspired me to create a space where others could feel safe and supported, a sanctuary where individuals can receive what they need for their own mental well-being. Through Sacred Lotus, I hope to share this transformative experience with others, fostering a community of healing and creativity. With a foundation in Theater Arts and Dance, complemented by my culinary education from Le Cordon Bleu, I have committed my life to the arts and personal development. Health and wellness have always been integral to my life, shaping my journey from high school into college. Running became my passion, and I was proud to walk on to the Cross Country team at CSULA, earning a scholarship in my first year. The sport taught me that running is as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one pushing me to break through multiple mental barriers to keep going. This experience has led me to embrace practices like meditation and stretching, which I believe are essential for maintaining balance and resilience in both body and mind. My journey has taught me that by confronting our traumas and harnessing the power of one, we can drive collective change and create a significant impact on this planet.
I consider Sacred Lotus a Spiritual Bodega where healing meets lifestyle. Being intentional about what you are wearing as well as being mindful of what you are intaking can improve your overall health and keep you aligned with your personal aspirations. Education:
As a proud Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over a decade of experience in the food industry, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the finest dining chefs in Atlanta, GA. I had the incredible opportunity to work directly under Chef Ron Hsu from the Netflix show The Final Table at Juniper Cafe, the sister restaurant of Lazy Betty. Additionally, I collaborated closely with Chef Stuart Rogers, the executive chef at Your 3rd Spot, a unique fine dining gaming experience restaurant. As the first line cook to have my dish placed on the menu, I am incredibly proud of this accomplishment. It showcases my commitment to culinary excellence and my passion for crafting flavors that our guests love. I am excited to keep pushing the boundaries of creativity in the kitchen and sharing my passion for cooking with everyone. These experiences have greatly enriched my culinary journey and skills. My passion for baking and creating memorable culinary experiences drives me to craft dishes that not only delight the palate but also nourish the body. I take great pride in providing fresh food and juices, carefully selecting ingredients for their exceptional taste and the medicinal properties they offer. Each creation is a testament to my commitment to quality and culinary arts.
